Comment by Charlie Miller:
First of the two lps by this 7 piece brass rock outfit. Not really a jazz rock unit per se, one hears influences of contemporary groups ranging from Chicago Transit Authority, Colosseum, Keef Hartley Band to Pete Brown And His Battered Ornaments. Gruff Vocals sung in English, great brass arrangements and searing electric guitar: the overall top notch playing puts this lp right up with arorementioned bands, but with a distinctive flavor that makes it very worthwile and recommendable.
Musiker
Weber, Klaus (guitar, percussion)
Erbel, Rainer (vocals)
Maas, Michael (bass, guitar)
Stremmel, Benny (tenor sax, alt sax, flute)
Kreutner, Hubertus (trumpet, bass trumpet, flügelhorn)
Ausgaben
Brain - LP - 1972
Germanofon (Bootleg) - CD -
