In diesem Contest waren viele Songs, die neu für mich waren. Eine ganze Menge wirklich guter Songs, die anlässlich der Menge leider herausgefallen waren. Das letzte Stück, welches ich schweren Herzens gestrichen hatte, was das von Mumford & Sons - sorry dafür. Aber diesmal war die Auswahl (leider) so groß, dass einiges, welches es in einem anderen Contest geschafft hätte, gekickt werden musste.

Das ist das tolle am Songcontest, gerade dieser hatte es wieder in sich.
Wirklich viel neues und vorallem gutes, das mich wirklich überraschte war Springsteen, da war ich sehr überrascht das dieser Song so gut bei mir ankommt. Aber der hat einfach das gewisse etwas,

gab es drei songs, die ich sehr mag.

Manfred Mann und Jethro Tull habe ich gewählt, weil ich die Musik von denen halt grundsätzlich mag und wenn da was bei ist, bekommt das i.d.R. auch Punkte.

Meinen Irrlichtern hätt ich ein paar Pünktchen mehr gegönnt, aber so (mittelalterlich angehauchter) Folk ist wohl net so gefragt hier...egal, ich lande hir mit meinen Vorschlägen ja oft im Mittelfeld oder noch weiter hinten. Zeigt mir halt, dass ich nicht so den massenkompatiblen Geschmack habe, wennauch sehr vielseitig (wie ich wenigstens finde)

Mal sehen was nach Weihnachten/den Festtagen als ein neuer Bewerb kommt...

Ansonsten: Da war eine ganze Menge dabei, die musikalisch glatt an mir vorbei geht. Von den Texten ganz zu schweigen. Pennälerlyrik wie diese hier z. Bsp.:
